① 유튜브에 3분 이내 동영상 업로드
② ’2024 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회 지원서’ 완성 및 제출

How to apply
1) Upload a video clip of three minutes or less on YouTube
2) Fill out and submit this online application form

※ 지원 자격
▶외국인 및 한국어를 모국어로 하지 않는 재외동포
▶국내외 한국어 말하기 대회에서 1등 수상 경력이 없는 자

Eligibility
▶Foreigners or ethnic Koreans living abroad whose native language is not Korean
▶Those who have not won 1st prizes in Korean language speaking contests held either in Korea or abroad

※ 접수 일정
▶접수 기간: 3월 4일 4월 28일
▶수상자 발표: 5월 14일
▶시상식: 5월 29일 오후 2시(한국 시각)
*수상자 발표는 코리아타임스 지면 및 홈페이지
*시상식 참여는 해외 거주자의 경우 온라인 참여

▶Submission period: March 4 April 28
▶Announcement of winners: May 14
▶Awards ceremony: May 29
*Winners will be announced in The Korea Times newspaper and on its website
*Winners who reside outside Korea may participate in the ceremony through an online platform

▶내용(Content) 30점
▶언어 사용(Language Use) 30점
▶전달력(Delivery) 30점
▶영상 완성도(Video quality) 10점
총점(Total) 100점

※ 시상 내역 (Prizes)
▶세종대왕상(King Sejong Award ― Grand Prize): 200만원 (2 million won)
▶금상(Two Gold Awards): 1인당 100만원 (1 million won each)
▶은상(Two Silver Awards): 1인당 50만원 (500,000 won each)
▶동상(Three Bronze Awards): 1인당 30만원 (300,000 won each)
▶한국인문학연구회 이사장상(Korean Humanities Research Group Award): 100만원 (1 million won)
